After the successful release of her debut single “Soldier”, Moa is eager and ready for her very first live show as a solo artist. For this important milestone, she couldn’t have chosen a better venue than the well-known Hotel Café in Hollywood, CA. Since its opening in 2000, the venue became known for helping new artists establish their careers. Throughout the year Hotel Café has hosted performances from stars such as John Mayer, Adele, Katy Perry, Damien Rice and Sara Bareilles just to name a few.
Will history repeat itself? Will this be Moa’s first step towards a sold out crowd at the Hollywood Bowl?

1- How does it feel to be performing as a solo artist for the first time? - it is super scary!! I don't think I've ever felt this vulnerable with my music before. But I'm also super excited, so there's a lot of feelings bubbling here. 2- Will you be accompanied by a full band? If so how hard was it to find musicians and to get them to understand your sound and vision? - I will have a full band, I'm so lucky to have such talented friends so it wasn't hard to find band members. 3- Do you have any expectations from this show? What are you most excited/worried about tonight? - I'm excited to finally play these songs live for the first time! But I'm scared as fuck cause if no one likes it, I have no one to blame but myself haha. It's hard to expose yourself and your most personal feelings. But that's what we do as artists, right? 4- If one celebrity were to show up at your show tonight, who would you want him/her to be? Why? - Jimmy Iovine or Dr Dre (can someone tell I just watched the defiant ones?) I admire their work ethic and passion for music. Or Jimi Hendrix cause people would be like "wtf I thought you were dead?!" And he would be like Jesus and I could be God hehe. 5- When will you be dropping your full EP? I will be releasing more music this year. I will release my next single "Something Different" really soon so keep checking in ;)
